Absolutely delicious - deep purple color, subtle almost fruity nose. Bold and slightly dry but fruit forward with a long low tannin finish.

Fermentation: 8 days

Malolactic Fermentation

Oak aging: French Oak for 6 months

Acidity: 5.62

PH: 3.91

Alcohol: 14.8%
