This Estate wine is a blend of CCOF certified organically grown fruit: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 5% Merlot.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby color. Aromas of blackberries and black cherries with toasty, spicy notes from more than two years of aging in French oak barrels. In the mouth the bright blackberry flavors dominate giving an impression of sweetness to this dry wine. Flavors of plum, mint and a light green olive note adds depth, richness, and complexity to this mountain grown wine. The tannin gives structure to the wine, without harshness and bright natural acidity carries the fruity finish to go on and on.
