2018 - Monmousseau Sancerre Dry white

Vines: Situated in Chavignol, one of the most prestigious Sancerre terroirs.
Vinification details: The grapes are harvested when fully ripened and made into wine at a controlled temperature (16-18°C) to extract intense and delicate aromas. It is then matured on fine lees, to bring about aromatic complexity, as well as fat and roundness.
Maturing period: 6 months.
APPEARANCE AND TASTE: This pale yellow wine is bright and translucent. Its abundant and subtle bubbles are extremely fine and long-lasting in the flute. Typical of the Chenin Blanc grape, the Cuvée JM wine is aromatic and nicely fruity.
